What you'll be doing

• Conduct intake assessments and coordinate regular multidisciplinary reviews for day care and day rehab clients
• Supervise day-to-day care routines including meal service, client activities, hygiene assistance, and cleaning duties
• Collaborate with care staff and the centre nurse to ensure clients' activities of daily living are met appropriately
• Plan and coordinate programmes and services with both internal departments and external partners
• Lead the onboarding and ongoing training of care staff, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with care standards
• Manage overall centre operations, staff deployment, and ensure a safe and effective care environment
• Oversee incident management, reporting, and follow-up involving staff, clients, and volunteers
• Liaise with central teams on billing matters and staff administration
• Support financial sustainability efforts in collaboration with the Cluster Lead
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessments, communications, and operational processes
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Business Administration/ Healthhcare or related studies
• 4 - 5 years of experience in similar role, preferably with 2 - 3 years of leadership role
• Knowledge of dementia care and elderly support services preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Able to lead a team and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary stakeholders
