Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiters and Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. The Waitress will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
• Assist in other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Waitress or in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
