Responsibility:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess clients' hair and scalp conditions.
• Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans and hair care regimens..
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair care and trichology.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the salon.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes to adjust plans as necessary.

Requirement:

• No experience welcome. Training will be provided
• Prior experience in head spa treatments , Hair scalp care, or similar roles is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow and sales driven in the role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to build great customer relationships.
