Location: 3 Bus Stop from Yishun MRT

We are looking for Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor, with relevant experience in HIP, A&A, and renovation works. The ideal candidate should:

• Possess Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction-related discipline recognized by BCA/PEB.
• Preferably have over 5 years of experience as a Technical Controller (TC) - preferred but not compulsory
• Minimum 4-5 years of site operation and coordination experience.
• Be knowledgeable in contracts, tendering processes and GeBIZ.
• Able to perform Risk Assessments.
• Willing to work 6 workdays per week.
