What you'll be doing

• Proactively reaching out to potential customers to introduce our products and services
• Handling inbound customer enquiries and providing exceptional customer support
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Generating sales leads and converting them into successful transactions
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activities
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience
