Job Description

• Develop and execute business strategies in collaboration with leadership to meet sales targets
• Maintain and expand relationships with distributors, while identifying new business opportunities
• Analyse and manage regional pricing structures to ensure competitive positioning
• Oversee logistics and shipment timelines for seamless order fulfillment
• Partner with marketing teams to implement promotional events and social media strategies
• Conduct regular visits and training workshops for channel partners to enhance product knowledge

The Successful Applicant

• Strong relationship-building skills, with experience managing channel partners and supporting sales enablement initiatives
• Strong negotiation skills for collaborating with distributors and internal teams
• Experience engaging with stakeholders in the design community, including contractors, consultants, and architects
• Willingness to travel regionally to strengthen partnerships, identify business opportunities, and enhance market presence
