Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage weekly programmes across centres.
- Collaborate effectively with parents, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
- Maintain effective classroom management and create a conducive learning environment.
- Assess students' learning needs and set realistic, measurable goals for progress.
- Recruit, screen, orientate, and train new volunteers.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to support volunteer development.
- Organise and facilitate events, outings, and holiday programmes.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related qualifications.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and make strong children/volunteer connections.
- Genuine passion for working with children (4 to 8 years old).
- Competency in basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office) is a plus.
- Comfortable to work on Saturday mornings during school terms.
