Job Summary:

Role: Project Manager in Singapore

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with proven experience in Nutanix platforms, infrastructure management, and virtualization technologies such as VMware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and implementation of infrastructure solutions within enterprise environments. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure projects.

- Proven experience managing Nutanix implementations or upgrades.

- Strong background in virtualization platforms, especially VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter.

- Solid understanding of storage, networking, servers, and hyperconverged infrastructure.

- Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow is a plus.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage full project lifecycle of Nutanix infrastructure deployments and upgrades.

- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

- Ensure project tasks are executed on time, within scope and budget.

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate virtualization and infrastructure components including VMware, hyperconverged infrastructure, and data center transitions.

- Drive technical discussions and decisions related to infrastructure and virtualization.

- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.

- Lead issue resolution, change management, and escalation processes.

- Ensure compliance with IT governance and security protocols.
