Job Description

  • Develop & Execute Channel Strategy - Establish and implement a structured channel sales model.
  • Identify & On-board Channel Partners - Build relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators across global markets (excluding China).
  • Partner Enablement & Support - Provide training, sales tools, and technical guidance to ensure channel partners are equipped for success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to align business objectives.
  • Regional Travel & Engagement - Visit key markets to strengthen partnerships, assess opportunities, and support business expansion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Channel Sales Expertise - Experience in developing distributor networks from 0-1, building up a structured channel model.
  • Strategic Business Development Skills - Ability to identify new business opportunities, on-board partners, and drive market expansion across global territories (excluding China).
  • Strong Relationship Management - Skilled in engaging with distributors, resellers, and system integrators, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Market & Competitive Awareness - Understanding of industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Sales Enablement & Partner Support - Capable of providing training, sales tools, and technical guidance to ensure channel partners succeed.
