Job Responsibilities

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Nurse Clinician (ANC) to support the Nurse Manager in driving clinical excellence and operational efficiency. In this key leadership role, you'll guide nursing teams, uphold high standards of care, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations that align with our hospital's mission.

• Lead and support nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care
• Monitor patient progress and ensure care plans meet evolving needs
• Conduct audits, review KPIs, and implement improvements to raise nursing standards
• Supervise documentation and infection control practices to meet legal and clinical requirements
• Manage shift rosters and ensure optimal staffing levels
• Participate in meetings and contribute to hospital-wide initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing with at least 6 years of experience in clinical and supervisory role
• Proven leadership in managing inpatient wards
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and mentoring skills
• Immediate availability is a plus
