Use the club's booking system to schedule and manage court reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date availability. Coordinate changes and cancellations, and assist guests with booking-related issues. - Handle Customer Inquiries
Respond to guest questions both in-person and via phone, email, or messaging platforms. Provide detailed information about club services, ongoing promotions and upcoming events. - Reception and Front Desk Duties
Welcome all guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Check in players, distribute rental equipment if applicable, and process payments for court time, merchandise, or refreshments. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area. - Administrative Processes
Maintain accurate documentation and databases related to club operations, and support the club manager with administrative tasks as needed. - Coordinate with Other Staff and Departments
Communicate with coaches, facility maintenance, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience. Relay guest feedback and operational issues to the relevant teams. - Promote Club Activities and Events
Provide information on upcoming tournaments, social events, and coaching programs. Encourage guest participation and assist with event sign-ups or logistics when needed.
