Job Description:

1. Prepare and negotiate progress and ad-hoc claims to clients

2. Assess claims from and manage payments to subcontractors/suppliers

3. Prepare monthly or other periodic reports including collecting and analysing information from various project sections

4. Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes including updating and amendments

5. Assist in preparation of powerpoint slides for meetings as and when requested

6. Prepare Request for Quotations for works and services as instructed by various Section Managers

7. Draft subcontract agreements, Purchase and Work Orders

8. Draft simple project correspondence

9. Carry out ad-hoc duties as instructed by project management team from time to time

Job Requirement:

1. Education qualication of at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or its relevant discipline

2. Minimum 5 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor in Marine Civil Engineering and Reclamation is preferred

3. Standard knowledge of PSSCOC

4. Contract basis

5. 5.5 days' workweek (non-negotiable)

6. Worksite location: Woodlands
