Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Prepare, draw, procedure and distribute drawings and calculations based on requirement and authorities
- Work closely with teams and productions to provide adjustments as necessary
- Site-coordination and drawings verification where required
- Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quatification and 4D simulation
- Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for effective coordination
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction building and civil industry
- Well-versed in using BIM, Revit, AutoCAD
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
