Job Descriptions:

• You'll develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy for online parts sales.

• You'll set up and maintain accurate pricing information for various parts and accessories.

• You'll prepare accurate and competitive pricing proposals and monitor and adjust pricing as needed.

• You'll ensure compliance with local tax and import/export regulations.

• You'll drive sales by following up on high-value parts quotations.

• You'll oversee the entire equipment parts sales process, from initial customer contact to order fulfilment.

• You'll monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the parts business.

• You'll develop and execute strategic sales plans and promotions to achieve revenue targets.

• You'll manage the entire lifecycle of spare parts, from procurement to delivery.

• You'll analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate parts solutions.

• You'll analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Any other additional duties as assigned.

What We Expect of You

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/logistics/supply chain management or related field.

• Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.

• Prior parts management experience in the heavy equipment industry, is highly preferred.

• Ability to analyse data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and make data-driven decisions.

• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to parts availability, pricing, and logistics.

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
