Ho & Wee LLP is seeking a dynamic and committed Associate to join our team. We offer exposure to a broad spectrum of legal work, with a particular focus on dispute resolution, probate and general solicitor's work.

Requirements:

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in attending court hearings and managing litigation files and contentious matters.
• Proficient in legal research and advising on applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Drafting of legal documents, pleadings, and court submissions.
• Meticulous, resourceful, and self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn and adapt to new legal tech tools is preferred.
• Proactive and commercially minded, with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
