Job description

The role of Product and Services Activation (PSA) is to drive the commercialization strategy for Google's ads business to help and build the product roadmap to meet the requirements of our group of advertisers. Our focus is to grow customers by launching new products to market, empowering our business teams with resources, and channeling customer feedback to the product development team.

Qualifications

Job responsibilities

  • Lead APAC in the Implementation of Web to App Connect for Hybrid advertising clients that want to maximize results across Web and App.
  • Support Korean operations and business leadership by building data-driven insights to influence executive decision-makers and advise executive stakeholders driving their App Go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage quarterly planning/goal setting, facilitating activation across programs, monitoring and reporting on drivers/metrics. Make business recommendations via presentations that translate technical work to business partners and executives through synthesized analyses and visual storytelling.
  • Share product feedback with Global Product Leads to ensure the product roadmap reflects the needs of Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sellers and customers.
  • Work with our General Project Leads (GPLs) and Project Managers (PMs) to ensure collateral development. Leverage resources to equip sellers with product understanding and experience.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate in Korean fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in Web to App Connect (W2AC) Solution Implementation and Troubleshooting.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and what drives with app strategies.
  • Ability to lead virtual project teams within an organization and build data-driven insights to influence executive decision-makers.
  • Ability to think in analyzing the needs of clients and teams and manage ambiguity in projects.
