As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources.

- Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Master proficiency in Salesforce Deployment is required. Master level of proficiency in Deployment Countdown & Cutover Execution is recommended.

- Expert proficiency in Release Management is suggested.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for efficient Salesforce Deployment.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure successful deployment execution.
- Analyze deployment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align deployment activities with project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance deployment processes.
