Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic, curious, and results-driven SDR/BDR Intern to support our outbound sales engine. You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers within the Family Office ecosystem and setting up high-quality discovery calls that feed into our sales pipeline. This role blends strategy, persistence, and storytelling - perfect for someone who wants to learn fast and grow faster.

This internship is designed as a 3-6 month engagement with a clear pathway to a full-time role for high performers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify key decision-makers (CIOs, Finance Heads, Ops Leaders) across Single Family Offices in Southeast Asia
  • Execute outbound prospecting through personalized emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads, understand business needs, and schedule discovery calls
  • Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and progress in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Share prospect insights to improve outreach campaigns and messaging
  • Track outreach performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Stay informed on Family Office industry trends, market shifts, and tech innovations

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development (internships or full-time), preferably targeting financial services or C-level executives
  • Strong interest or background in wealth management, fintech, or investment platforms
  • Proficiency in outbound sales tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to craft persuasive narratives
  • Comfortable with cold calling and navigating objections
  • Self-starter with high resilience, intellectual curiosity, and a data-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
