• Assist in inbound calls
• Address taxpayers' tax queries on the various taxtypes such as Individual Income Tax, Property taxover the helpline
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
• Administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean
• GCE A Levels and above
• Customer service experience is advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates without tax experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
