Bakery Operation Manager to oversees daily bakery operations, manages staff, ensures quality standards, and drives sales, requiring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for baking.

Need to Oversee the following branches:

Seng Kang Branch, Macpherson Branch and Changi Branch.

Job Description:
  • Oversee Daily Operations:Manage all aspects of the bakery's daily operations, including production, sales, customer service, and staff management.
  • Staff Management:Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bakery staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high morale.
  • Quality Control:Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Inventory Management:Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Sales and Customer Service:Drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Cost Control:Implement and monitor cost-control measures to ensure profitability.
  • Menu Development:Develop and test new recipes and menu items, keeping up with current trends and customer preferences.
  • Marketing and Promotion:Coordinate with marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Reporting:Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Experience:Proven experience in a similar bakery management role, ideally with a track record of success in staff management, quality control, and sales growth.
  • Skills:Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.
  • Education:High school diploma or equivalent, with further education or certifications in baking or hospitality management a plus.
  • Passion:A genuine passion for baking and a commitment to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
  • Computer Skills:Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and other relevant software.
