Who We Are

We operate two stunning event venues, primarily hosting weddings, corporate functions and social celebrations. When we're not running spectacular events, our venues transform into a full-service restaurant, offering an exceptional dining experience.

Your Role

As Floor Manager, you are the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless service whether it's a full-house restaurant night or a grand wedding reception. You will lead, train and drive our team to perform at the highest standards while maintaining a strict and disciplined yet motivating leadership style.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Daily Operations - Oversee service, ensuring smooth restaurant and event execution. Lead & Train Staff - Motivate the front-of-house team to work hardwhile maintaining professionalism.

Staff Scheduling & Performance Management - Plan shifts, evaluate team performance and optimize manpower.

️ Coordinate with Kitchen Team - Ensure seamless service, food quality, and timely execution.

Handle Customer Relations - Address queries and resolve complaints calmly and professionally.

✅ Maintain Standards & Compliance - Uphold health and safety regulations and overall venue appearance.

Quick Turnaround Management - Efficiently transition between restaurant operations and event setups.

Inventory & Venue Upkeep - Ensure supplies are stocked and the venue remains in top condition.

What You Bring

✔️ Proven experience in high-volume restaurants, hotel F&B, or banquet operations.

✔️ Bilingual in Malay & English to effectively communicate with staff and clients.

✔️ A strict yet inspiring leadership style-able to command a team while keeping morale high.

✔️ Ability to maximize efficiency with a small team while maintaining high service standards.

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

✔️ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

✔️ Flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy event days.
