Our Halal-certified kitchen serves exquisite desserts for our restaurant, catering, and special events. We take pride in delivering both heritage-inspired and modern pastry delights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Malay Traditional Kueh Mastery - Create authentic and beautifully crafted kueh, including:

• Puteri Salat
• Ondeh-Ondeh
• Talam Ubi
• Lapis Nonya
• Pulut Kuning
• And more!

Petit Fours & Modern Desserts - Prepare a variety of bite-sized treats, such as:

• Eclairs & Chocolate Cream Puffs
• Cheesecake Bites & Brownies
• Tartlets
• Mini Panna Cotta & Crème Brûlée Cups
• Mini Banana Cakes & More

Wedding Cakes & Custom Creations - Design and craft 3-tier wedding cakes incorporating:

• Macarons or Donuts
• Cupcakes or Cakes-in-a-Jar

What We're Looking For

✔️ Proven experience in pastry & dessert-making, specializing in traditional Malay kueh and modern petit fours.
✔️ Creative & artistic skills in cake decorating, including fondant work, piping, and tiered cakes.
✔️ Knowledge of Halal food preparation standards.
✔️ Ability to work independently & efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
✔️ Strong time management & organizational skills.
✔️ Passion for maintaining the highest quality & presentation standards.
