Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the overall person-in-charge of all sanitary, plumbing, and sewerage works.
- Oversee, assign, evaluate, and schedule tasks for workers, ensuring quality control, progress monitoring, and strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan or understand the layout of plumbing, sanitary, and sewerage systems.
- Coordinate and work closely with other construction professionals or contractors to ensure smooth execution of renovation or new construction projects.
- Manage on-site personnel to ensure efficient operations and that all works are executed in line with design drawings, construction specifications, and applicable standards.
- Review job scopes and work orders to estimate material, manpower, and time requirements, and provide cost estimations when necessary.
- Respond promptly to plumbing and sanitary emergencies and ensure service readiness at all times.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
