Job description:

• Guide staff in the holistic development and care for the children, and build a safe and conducive environment that best meets their needs.

• Manage school staff, parent communications, school enrolment.

• Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community.

• Oversee professional development and well-being of staff.

• Responsible for school events and activities throughout the school year.

• Ensure licensing requirements, health and safety regulations are maintained at all times.

• Responsible for overall curriculum delivery.

• Handle all matters related to the administration of the school.

Requirements:

• Possess Diplomas in Early Childhood Teaching & Leadership.

• Degree in Early Childhood will be an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a school.

• Committed individual with strong communication skills

• Creative and inspiring with loving energy for our young children.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Possess excellent leadership qualities and management skills.

• Passionate about preschool education and able to positively engage stakeholders in the holistic development of the child.

• Independent and self-driven team leader as well as a team player.

• Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
