Role Overview:

As Store Manager, you'll oversee all daily operations while leading a team to deliver top-tier service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a passion for streetwear and sneakers, and can inspire a team to meet goals and stay sharp during high-volume drops.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations, sales goals, and team performance

Train, coach, and motivate retail staff

Monitor inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising

Ensure a clean, organized, and on-brand store environment

Handle scheduling, conflict resolution, and staff development

Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships

What You Bring:

Retail management experience (2+ years preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge of sneaker/streetwear culture a strong plus

Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
