• Report to the Deputy Director and oversee accounting and reporting for departments under Operation Shared Services, including facilities management, environmental services, security, and carpark operations.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to perform cost allocations and assist in planning and developing cost recovery strategies.
• Provide accounting services and support for affiliated healthcare and research-related entities.
• Lead a team to ensure timely and accurate accounting, reconciliation, claims reimbursement, and reporting for funded programmes in areas such as research, education, regional health, and talent development.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises across all relevant departments and programmes.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Deputy Director or Chief Financial Officer.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with Chartered Accountant (CA) accreditation
• At least 6 years of relevant experience
