4. Optimize promotional effectiveness through A/B testing, personalization, and data-driven decisions.
5. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality product features.
6. Advocate for a user-first approach, ensuring that all growth and promotion strategies enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of e-commerce product experience.
- Possess good user empathy and business logic, interested in overseas markets, able to actively research and identify differences in different markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent logical and structured thinking, able to clearly define and decompose core indicators, reasonably evaluate business benefits, and have judgment on priorities; deeply understand the key to product success or failure, can clearly define problems, seek multiple solutions.
- Strong collaboration and stress resistance ability, able to clearly define project goals, plan project rhythm, and coordinate cross-team resources to implement projects.
