My client is a leading organization at the forefront of developing and managing vital cross-border energy infrastructure. This is a newly created role, reflecting their ongoing growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• BAU Work: Handling routine legal tasks, including drafting various agreements (NDAs, MOUs, LOIs), and providing essential corporate legal advice to internal departments.
• Transactional Work: Supporting transactions with partners, including drafting and advising on joint development, construction, and operation & maintenance agreements, as well as EPC agreements and sale and purchase agreements. Support for financing transactions is also key.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interacting with government bodies and key industry partners.
• General Legal Support: Assisting with corporate secretarial matters and providing advice and support on litigation issues as needed.

Qualifications

If you're a legal professional with 5+ PQE and a strong grasp of commercial and contract law, this is your opportunity to make a tangible impact. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in EPC and Energy matters.
