Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural consultants and other trade disciplines on-site.
• Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation according to the master programme.
• Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of the construction management plan.
• Supervise and inspect all architectural work carried out by subcontractors.
• Ensure strict adherence to architectural specifications and maintain high quality standards without deviation from authority requirements.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, the community, and other external parties.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, architectural, and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs).
• Study and interpret architectural drawings; resolve technical or site-related issues in coordination with consultants and sub-contractors.
• Provide timely updates to the Project Director/Project Manager regarding any technical or site issues related to architectural works.
• Monitor and supervise the progress of architectural works on site to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors' architectural works, ensuring alignment with schedule and quality expectations.
• Prepare and coordinate quality management plans and facilitate CONQUAS assessments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects.
• 8 - 10 years of experience with a main contractor in Design & Build projects.
• Familiar with architectural specifications, drawings, authority requirements, and quality standards such as CONQUAS.
