Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team in supporting construction teams on all design-related matters.
• Review all technical documents and drawings for the project.
• Collaborate with consultants and construction teams to improve site efficiency and constructability.
• Lead design approval processes with relevant authorities/agencies (URA, BCA, LTA, PUB, etc.).
• Manage and expedite the design approval timeline, resolving technical issues proactively.
• Ensure designs comply strictly with contract requirements.
• Distribute approved/latest drawings and documents to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with in-house BIM teams to resolve design and technical clarifications.
• Identify and report risks or issues that may impact project performance.
• Prepare and present design progress updates to management, project teams, and clients.
• Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, and BIM teams to ensure high-quality design outcomes.
• Support the tender team in preparing technical documents for bids.
• Attend project-related meetings: Progress, Technical, Coordination, and Site Meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering that recognised by the Professional Engineers Board
• 8 - 12 years of relevant design experience.
• Prior LTA project experience is highly preferred.
