You'll be an advocate of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.

Job responsibilities
- Partner with global and regional People Partner Leads & Global PC Business Partners to support regional organizational needs.
- Solve complex problems, implementing solutions and providing consultations that cut across multiple disciplines
- Partner across global, regional and local POps teams, including the Googler Experience Leadership Team, Googler Experience Operations, Employee Relations, and local People Consultants to optimize our consultations to reduce risk and improve both efficiency and experience. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries, and navigate the Googler Experience & People Operations (POps) ecosystem to influence people priorities and solutions in service of the business, product, or market.
- Provide expertise in one or more of the following Practice areas: Organisational Management, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Talent Development and Conflict & Risk/Employee Relations.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to connect the dots between business priorities and people processes.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large scale people related roles.
- Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
