Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager with experience in E-House (Electrical House) projects and Offshore projects, along with expertise in 3D Modelling & Design. The candidate will lead the engineering design team of multidisciplinary trades (Structure, Architecture, E&I, HVAC, and F&G systems), ensuring successful project execution from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems integration, 3D modelling, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering and design of E-House projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Manage and tailor the 3D modelling and design workflows using tools like AutoCAD, Tekla, Revit, E3D, SP3D, or other relevant software as applicable for project standards and specifications.
• Oversee the development of structural, electrical, and mechanical layouts for E-House solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, project management, and site execution teams.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and design documents.
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering for optimization.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews with the engineering team to monitor deliverables and ensure adherence to submission dates.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and contractors for engineering deliverables.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry best practices (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, ISO, etc.).
• Estimate the tools and software required for projects and initiate requests for license procurement if unavailable.
• Estimate resource requirements for individual projects and form teams to achieve deliverables.
• Implement systems for project-wise manhour tracking and monitor team productivity for efficient resource utilization.
• Contribute to the development of EDMS (Electronic Document Management Software) for implementing IDC matrices and approval processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in E-House/Offshore projects, focusing on engineering design and modelling.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of electrical equipment layouts, busbar systems, and HVAC integration.
• Experience in structural analysis and load calculations.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in ABS/DNV standards is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with EPC contractors, consultants, and fabrication yards.
• Knowledge of modularization, prefabrication, and installation of E-House/module structures.
• Certifications in PMP, LEED, or relevant engineering standards are an added advantage.
