Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- To achieving and exceeding sales targets set as well as providing strong support to sales counters.
- Design and Develop travel packages that suit the market needs and budget.
- Prepare and conduct sales presentations and training to staff.
- Manage series and special project groups, champion its success and organise activities for customers during the tour.
- Work closely with the team on all relevant events set up.
- Maintain good and professional working relationship with operators, suppliers and other trade partners
- To interact with the customers and ensures an overall customer satisfaction.
- Any other jobs as may be assigned
Requirements:
- Only for Singaporean
- Minimum Diploma in Travel related studies or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the tourism industry
- Process excellent analytical skills and meticulous
- Strong leadership skill, innovative and target driven
- A personable manner and a willingness to help people
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods is beneficial
- A good understanding if travel trends.
- Able to adapt fast-paced and dynamic working environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin (to liaise with oversea associates)
