The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Global TMT team at OCBC, spearheading strategic initiatives to broaden, expand and deepen relationships for a portfolio of TMT corporate clients globally.

What you do

1. Origination of corporate and investment banking business across TMT sectors, with a focus on Asian markets including China and Taiwan.

2. Originate and lead execution of mandate covering various product offerings including Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets & M&A Advisory, Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Finance and Treasury

3. Prepare financial models with P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow projections based on sound business and market assumptions

4. Ensure timely submission of proposals and meeting deal execution timelines

Who you are

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in corporate & investment banking, involving loan syndication, debt capital markets, equity capital markets and merger & acquisition advisory related transactions
• Good knowledge and experience in TMT and understand the relevant geopolitical situation
• Results-oriented, resourceful, and strong business connections in identifying and developing business opportunities
• Maintain discipline in planning of daily activities to support the strategic directions of the Global TMT team
• Strong credit and financial analytical skills, experience in industry research
