Job Description

-Project Management and knowledge in construction detail

-Co-ordinate with clients and internal department for quotations and negotiation.

-Project Schedule and execute project activities.

-Maintain and establish close relations with clients.

-Handle in project submission and interior work processes.

-Able to lead the operation team and sub-contractors in the office renovation work.

-Prepare defect list and handover projects successfully.

Job Requirement

- Possess degree in related industry or construction management.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Years of Experience in office interior and fit-out.

- Possess good leadership and commitment.
