What You'll Do

• Welcome & Support
  Greet patients warmly, manage phone enquiries, and provide clear information
• Patient Administration
  Register and schedule appointments using our clinic software
  Process payments and dispense prescribed products
• Clinical Assistance
  Assist podiatrists during minor procedures (e.g., chaperoning)
• Clinic Maintenance
  Uphold hospital-grade hygiene standards and restock supplies
• Team Support
  Help with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Who You Are

• Available to work shifts between 9 AM - 6 PM on weekdays and weekends
• Thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and proactive skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Able to start immediately or on short notice (comprehensive training provided)
