Key Responsibilities:

• \tManage daily salon operations including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and client services.

• \tHire, train, and supervise salon staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

• \tMonitor and manage salon performance goals, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.

• \tHandle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care.

• \tOversee inventory and supply ordering, managing costs and stock levels.

Qualifications:

• \tProven experience as a salon manager, assistant manager, or senior hairstylist with leadership responsibilities.
