1. Issue of invoice.

2. Scanning, sorting, filing of documents.

3. Answering of phone calls.

4. Other duties assigned.

- Bilingual in english and mandarin.

- Proficient in Microsoft office.

- Basic knowledge in either accounts/administrative/sales work.

- Responsible, independent, willing to learn
