Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager & Implementation Manager in project planning and site coordination.
• Interface and coordinate with external parties (e.g. building management, government agencies), internal staff and in house contractors (ASP) to ensure the smooth implementation of every site and project rollout.
• Planning and distribution of work schedules
• Co-ordination with ASP/customer/internal staff/external parties
• Checking and tracking site documentations to/from ASP, customers, internal staff.
• Update and reporting of project databases.
• Checking and verify Bill of Quantity.
• Managing project related documentation.

Requirements:

• With at least 1 year of relevant experience as project coordinator
• Experience in planning and scheduling work in project environment.
• Good in MS Excel and Outlook
• Site visit to coordinate with engineer when required
• Experienced in cellular network infrastructure construction and installation will be an advantage.
