Supporting the MD and marketing team, with responsibilities in liaising with retail customers and assisting the MD in general admin and operation needs

Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with retail customers in promotion campaigns, order processing and billing
  • Monitoring company inventory levels and warehouse general management
  • Admin support to e-commerce and fulfilment team
  • Coordinating with external service providers, eg logistics, vendors

Skills:
  • Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask, organise, prioritise work, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum "O" Level / Professional Certificate / NITEC in any field, or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or consumer product business is not essential but helpful
