Job Description:

Century 99 Pte Ltd is seeking a Valuation Reporter to join our property valuation team.

This role is responsible for verifying and validating inspection findings and draft reports before they are submitted to the licensed Valuer for final approval.

The ideal candidate is meticulous, logical, and highly compliant, with strong English literacy and an exceptional eye for detail. You must be process-driven, willing to learn, and fully committed to maintaining data security and organisational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, cross-check and validate data and reports from inspectors
• Ensure quality and accuracy before forwarding to Valuers for sign-off
• Support offsite inspections where necessary
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure workflow efficiency
• Maintain compliance with cyber security protocols, clear desk policy, and PC detox routines
• Uphold 100% accountability, visibility, and adherence to reporting SOPs

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Above-average literacy and comprehension skills
• Strong sense of logic, initiative, and accountability
• Technologically aware and adaptable to internal systems
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• Highly obedient to operational protocols and data security measures

Salary Range:

$2,500 - $4,500/month, depending on experience
