Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Operations/Real Estate & Facility Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and follow strict deadlines.
  • Some accounting knowledge and experience preferred

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Source suitable sites for expansion.
  • Negotiate lease terms and reviewing lease documentations/agreements.
  • Takeover & handover premises from/to landlords.
  • Manage whole tender process. Review all plans, layouts and ensure final results met the corporate image.
  • Periodic engagements with the landlords and related parties.
  • Assist in daily administrative duties
  • Assist the Manager in liaising with the landlord, facility department and shop leaders on shop operations/maintenance issues.
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
