Responsibilities and Duties
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Operations/Real Estate & Facility Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and follow strict deadlines.
- Some accounting knowledge and experience preferred
Responsibilities and Duties
- Source suitable sites for expansion.
- Negotiate lease terms and reviewing lease documentations/agreements.
- Takeover & handover premises from/to landlords.
- Manage whole tender process. Review all plans, layouts and ensure final results met the corporate image.
- Periodic engagements with the landlords and related parties.
- Assist in daily administrative duties
- Assist the Manager in liaising with the landlord, facility department and shop leaders on shop operations/maintenance issues.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
