Account Executive

5 days | 9am - 6pm

Basic Salary: $2500 - $3000

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle general finance function of a Sports Club
• Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP)
• Prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) Account
• Draw out Balance Sheet
• Track bar sales and stock balance on a daily basis.
• Keep track of bar stock and ensure timely restocking
• Invoicing clients/clubs
• Tracking field & net usage
• Tracking of CSC cricket team's expenses.
• Compute GST submission
• Work with the Internal and External Auditors
• Draft Annual Report
• Manage general expenditures, cash and banking
