Outdoor Education Specialist

• Salary: S$ 2,800 - 3,500/month
• Location: Islandwide (on-site)
• Hours: 5 days/week (flexible based on camp schedules)

Job Scope:

• Lead camp programmes, ensuring safety & alignment with school goals.
• Co-design outdoor learning experiences with schools.
• Supervise facilitators in activities like team challenges, campfires & reflections.
• Train instructors & manage logistics, risk assessment, and incident response.
• Apply experiential learning to develop leadership, resilience & teamwork.

Requirements:

• MOE-registered trainer (required).
• Experience as lead facilitator for MOE school camps.
• Certified in First Aid + CPR/AED (or willing to obtain).
• OAL certification a plus.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of NOAE Master Plan.
• Additional certs (e.g., kayaking, orienteering).
• Experience in sustainability/ youth programmes.
