Job Scope:

• Manage the full cycle of Work Injury Compensation claims, including medical billing, leave, and salary details.
• Liaise with internal staff and external parties (insurance, MOM, clinics) to assess and resolve injury claims.
• Ensure timely and accurate claim submissions, complying with regulatory requirements.
• Compile and report quarterly statistics related to work injuries.
• Administer Government Paid Leave claims, including eligibility tracking and reimbursement updates.
• Handle employee benefits programs and file inpatient claims with insurance providers.
• Assist staff with queries related to flexible benefits and leave eligibility.
• Support ad hoc HR operational tasks and ensure accurate data management.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Work Injury Claims in accordance with WICA regulations.
• Familiarity with Government Paid Leave and employee benefits administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
