URGENT HIRING
Position Title: Banquet Executive
Salary: Up to $4,500/month
Key Responsibilities:
\t• \tOversee and maintain essential banquet and dining-related inventory and materials, ensuring readiness and quality for daily service use.
\t• \tServe as a key point of contact for guest inquiries related to banquet services, ensuring timely and professional responses.
\t• \tAssist departmental leadership in coordinating internal meetings and planning sessions.
\t• \tSupport compliance with relevant operational standards and regulations, including licensing and renewals for service areas.
\t• \tCollaborate with the procurement team to source and manage banquet and restaurant operational supplies.
\t• \tProvide administrative support across multiple service touchpoints, including documentation, planning tools, and event-related logistics.
\t• \tPrepare various operational documents such as schedules, reports, memos, event briefs, vouchers, and forecast-related materials etc.
\t• \tParticipate in special projects and assignments as delegated by senior banquet leadership.
\t• \tManage event-related aesthetic arrangements such as décor and floral setup in line with operational themes and standards.
\t• \tOffer cross-functional support across other dining and service areas, as required by the F&B leadership team.
Job Requirements:
\t• \t1-3 years of relevant experience in banquet/events or food & beverage operations
\t• \tCompletion of food safety and hygiene training under relevant local frameworks (e.g., WSQ or equivalent)
