Key Responsibilities:

• Outpatient & Inpatient Registration: Process patient admissions, update system records, and advise on insurance claims.
• Billing & Cashiering: Present and explain bills, collect payments, issue refunds, and provide daily reports.
• Financial Counseling: Advise patients on billing estimates and assist with insurance claims.
• Patient Service: Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, claims, and payments.
• Administrative Support: Manage logistics, inventory, specialist rosters, and daily reports.

Requirements:

• Ability to work across 4 rotating shifts.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Engage effectively with patients, doctors, and staff.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate data entry and billing.
• Customer-Focused & Team-Oriented: Provide excellent patient service and collaborate with teams.
• Digital Literacy: Proficiency in hospital systems and software.
