Responsibilities
Requirements
- Oversee the daily allocation of taxis and PHC vehicles to both new and existing hirers.
- Ensure timely processing of vehicle rentals with a focus on maximizing fleet revenue.
- Administer driver incentive and rebate payouts.
- Support and contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements in the Fleet Management System.
- Prepare and generate reports related to vehicle scheduling and allocation.
- Respond to driver enquiries via email, phone calls, and in-person visits.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in report and presentation preparation.
- Previous experience in customer service or operations roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Immediate availability preferred
