Qualifications and Experience:
Supporting the MD and marketing team, with responsibilities in liaising with retail customers and assisting the MD in general admin and operation needs:
- Liaising with retail customers in stock and display management, promotion campaigns, order processing and billings
- Monitoring inventory level and warehouse general management
- Administrative support to e-commerce and fulfilment team
- Coordinating with external service providers, eg logistics, vendors
Skills:
- Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask, organise, prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum "O" Level / Professional Certificate / NITEC in any field, or equivalent
- Experience in retail or consumer product business is not essential but helpful
- Diverse experience in fulfilment and liaising with logistics parties will be an advantage
