  • Craft authentic Japanese dishes: sushi, sashimi, tempura, grilled items & more
  • Assist the Head Chef in keeping the kitchen humming smoothly
  • Maintain food quality and presentation that's consistently top-notch
  • Keep kitchen hygiene and safety sharp
  • Step up to lead when the Sous or Head Chef is out


  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (bonus if it's Japanese cuisine)
  • Knows their way around a knife, fryer, and grill
  • Calm, focused, and thrives under a bit of heat
  • Comfortable working weekends & PHs on a 5 or 6-day week


  • Salary: $2,700 - $3,000/month, depending on experience
  • 5 or 6-day work week
  • Free staff meals (we feed our people well)
  • Learn directly from experienced chefs
